Hip flexor stretch

Lie on your back, close to the edge of the bed. Move your leg over the edge. Let your leg relax as much as possible and feel a stretch in the front of your thigh.
Do not let your lower back arch.

Back of the knee stretch

Sit, with one leg supported on a chair. Knee is straight and unsupported.
Relax and let your knee straighten in this position.

Lean forward from the hips, keeping your back straight. Straighten your knee assisting the stretch with your hands and hold.

Sit on a chair and place your ankle onto the opposite knee. Pull your knee up with your opposite arm. Feel the stretch in the buttock.
Stretch for 20 seconds. Do the same with your other leg. Stretch both legs times.

Contraindications: Hip instability. After hip replacement surgery do not bend and rotate the hip inwards at the same time.
