Sit on a chair with the soles of your feet on the floor.

Lift one leg into the air and touch the heel of your foot with the opposite hand. Repeat with the other leg.

Sit on a chair with the soles of your feet on the floor.

Lift one leg into the air and touch the knee with the opposite elbow. Repeat with the other leg.

Sit up straight on a chair.

Walk on your buttocks transferring your weight from one side to the other. Move forwards and backwards.

Sit up straight on a chair.

Soles of your feet are on the floor, hands on your knees. Bend your upper body forwards, sideways, backwards and to the side, making a large circle alternating in both directions.

Sit up straight on a chair.

Keep the soles of your feet on the floor. Reach with your hand across to the opposite side, leaning your upper body forward. Continue reaching alternately to both sides, your weight is transferred from side to side.
