Seated chest/back stretch

Sit with your back straight and feet firmly on the floor.

Pull your shoulder blades together while turning your thumbs and hands outwards.

Repeat times

Sit on a chair. Place your hands behind your back on the chair.

Tighten the muscles between your shoulder blades and push your chest forward. Press your hands against the chair.

Hold seconds.

Sit and lift one arm.

Bend to the side with your arm reaching over your head. Breathe in, then breathe out and return to the starting position.

Stand or sit.

Push shoulders forward, stretch the arms diagonally forwards and down keeping your chin tucked in. Hold stretching 20 secs.
