Heel Raise

Stand tall, with your weight distributed evenly on both feet, and take support if needed.

Rise up onto your toes and in a controlled manner return to the starting position.

Mini-Squat with Support

Stand and take support if needed.

Squat down and at the same time move your pelvis slightly backwards. Straighten your hips and return to the starting position.

Sit-to-Stand Using Arm Supports

Sit on a chair with your hands on the supports. If needed, move yourself forwards on the chair so that your feet are securely supported on the floor. One foot is slightly further back.

Shift your weight forwards and push up to standing, using arm supports as much as needed.

Active Knee Flexion in Standing

Stand tall and take support if needed.

Bend your knee and take the heel towards your buttocks. Keep both thighs parallel.
Return to the starting position.
